Future Roadmap

Complete Integration of Tokenized Assets

Tribal's RWA system offers a novel approach to financial services, merging traditional financial markets with the benefits of decentralized finance. This integration is vital for promoting the use of Real World Assets in DeFi transactions, creating a more inclusive and fluid financial environment.

Tokenization and Asset Management

The process of onboarding Real World Assets onto the Tribal platform centers around comprehensive tokenization, aiming to create digital representations of Real World Assets on the blockchain. This is done through the following steps:

  1. Legal Setup and Onboarding: Asset owners and borrowers begin by legally pledging their assets for tokenization. This often involves legal contracts and the establishment of special-purpose entities to hold the assets. Tribal’s originators guide stakeholders through this essential phase, ensuring compliance and proper setup.

  2. Data Preparation: Following legal preparations, detailed information about the assets is recorded on the blockchain. This data includes ownership details, asset valuation, and other relevant information, ensuring transparency and trust in the asset tokens. Use of third party-partners in the RWA Space like Jiritsu and Axelar for technological support. Using their data analytics and other verification tools.

  3. Token Issuance: With legal and data foundations in place, Tribal issues asset tokens. These tokens can be either fungible (ERC-20) or non-fungible (ERC-721/1155), depending on the nature of the asset. They represent ownership or investment in the underlying Real World Assets, enabling easier and more flexible trading and management.

The overall Tribal platform can broadly be categorized in three parts:The Tokenization Infrastructure, The Aggregated RWA Marketplace (ARM) for Tribal Originator Partners, and Tribal Finance’s own RWA Originator for small and medium size enterprises (SMEs).
