Through decentralized governance, our stakeholders have a direct say in the evolution of the platform, from voting on updates to protocol adjustments. • Risk Analysis: Before any Tribal Verified Asset is tokenized, it undergoes a thorough risk assessment to evaluate its suitability and stability as an investment. Although Tribal’s Tokenization Infrastructure is decentralized and open source, which means any asset owner can tokenize their assets using our platform, only Tribal Verified Assets will be visible in Tribal Aggregated RWA Marketplace (ARM).

• Governance: Tribal operates under a decentralized governance model, where stakeholders vote on key issues such as new assets to onboard, contract upgrades, parameter changes, and protocol improvements. • KYB/KYC Compliance: To prevent fraud and ensure the legitimacy of all transactions, Tribal implements rigorous Know Your Business (KYB) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.
